Yes, if you are a Malaysian Graduate who is currently unemployed. You will be happy to know that GCAP is being conducted all over Malaysia, so there will be a training venue conveniently near you.
You should also note that at some training venues, accommodation may be provided.
Allowance is provided:
RM 600 (with accommodation) /
RM 800 (without accommodation).
